How to read it
Serving size
Everything on the panel is per 2 capsules, which is the whole daily dose.
The vitamin block
Four vitamins with percentages of the Daily Value. These are reference amounts for a general adult, not doses for a condition.
The second block
Six ingredients with a double asterisk, meaning no Daily Value has been established. They still carry an amount, which is what matters.
Descending order
Within each block, ingredients run from most to least, so alpha lipoic acid is the largest single item at 400 mg.
No standardisation
No “x% curcuminoids” for turmeric and no “x% withanolides” for ashwagandha, which matters for botanicals.
Other ingredients
Hypromellose, brown rice flour, magnesium stearate. Three items, and a vegetarian capsule.
What this panel does well
It is worth being fair. Most of the products this desk writes about hide their amounts inside a proprietary blend, and the honest review of those products ends at “we cannot tell you.” This one does not do that.
Every ingredient has a number. The distributor is named with a city, a phone line and an email. The capsule material is stated. The label revision is printed. That is a genuinely better label than the category average, and it is the reason this website can compare amounts with trial doses at all.
Where the Sciatica PRO panel could say more
- It cites no studies, on a bottle whose front says “clinically studied ingredients.”
- It names no formulator, on a label with a “scientifically formulated” roundel.
- It gives no standardisation for either botanical.
- The vitamin B6 line prints micrograms where the Daily Value is in milligrams.
- Three of its ten ingredients are at amounts no study has used.
What we would publish if the maker sent more
- The clinical studies behind “clinically studied ingredients”, with the condition each one was run in.
- Standardisation for the turmeric and the ashwagandha.
- A certificate of analysis for the lot on your bottle.
- The name of whoever formulated it, behind the “scientifically formulated” roundel.
- A corrected vitamin B6 line, or confirmation that the unit as printed is right.
- An explanation for the second listing image, which names four ingredients that are not in the product.
Every one of those would make this site shorter and more useful. Ask for them; a seller who answers with citations is a seller worth buying from.
Supplement facts: questions

What is in Sciatica PRO?
Ten ingredients with published amounts: vitamin D3, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, alpha lipoic acid 400 mg, benfotiamine 150 mg, acetyl L-carnitine 50 mg, ashwagandha powder 25 mg, broccoli powder 25 mg and turmeric powder 25 mg.
Are the amounts enough?
Some are and some are not. Alpha lipoic acid at 400 mg is close to the 600 mg used in research. Acetyl L-carnitine at 50 mg is about 2–3% of the 1,500–3,000 mg used in nerve trials, and ashwagandha, turmeric and broccoli at 25 mg are token amounts.
What are the other ingredients?
A hypromellose capsule shell (vegetarian), brown rice flour and magnesium stearate.
Is there a mistake on the label?
There appears to be one. The panel prints vitamin B6 as “1.7 mcg” at 100% of the Daily Value. The Daily Value for B6 is 1.7 milligrams, so as printed the amount is a thousandth of what the percentage claims. We flag it rather than quietly correct it.
